Saving Gracie Juicy IPA

Brewed with malted millet and buckwheat and infused with juicy Galaxy and Lemondrop hops, this hazy IPA packs all the flavor and satisfaction of a conventional beer — without the gluten.

Exploring the boundaries of beer has always been part of Hinterland’s adventure.

Founder and CEO, Bill Tressler’s catalyst to develop this alternative-malt IPA was when his daughter Grace, Hinterland ambassador and beer lover, had to go gluten free in 2021. Her diagnosis inspired the drive to develop a great-tasting gluten free beer that every IPA lover can enjoy.

Saving Gracie Brown Ale

The second brand in our gluten free lineup, this limited release is the start of a diverse collection of gluten free beers that all beer lovers can enjoy.

Brewmaster Notes:

 

Brewed with malted millet and buckwheat, fermented with gluten free Kveik yeast. This alt-malt brown ale features notes of caramel, pecan and honey.

Saving Gracie Vienna-Style Lager

The third brand in our gluten free lineup, this release continues our diverse collection of gluten free beers that all beer lovers can enjoy.

Brewmaster Notes:

Brewed with malted millet and buckwheat, this beer is light and refreshing, with a touch of sweet and toastiness. An ever-so-subtle noble hop bitterness provides a perfect balance to this crisp lager.

Saving Gracie Oatmeal Stout

Our Saving Gracie gluten free Oatmeal Stout is brewed with malted millet and buckwheat in lieu of barley, and, of course, oatmeal. Deep brown in color with an alluring tan head, this Oatmeal Stout has the most impressive mouthfeel of any gluten free beer we’ve ever tasted.

Brewmaster Notes:

This smooth, low bitterness ale showcases the artistry of roasted alt-malt, offering touches of baker’s chocolate and bright coffee.

Saving Gracie Sour Berry Ale

Developed in honor of our owners’ gluten-free, beer-loving daughter Gracie, our Saving Gracie series strives to offer a diverse lineup of alt-malt beers. Our Saving Gracie gluten free Sour Berry Ale is brewed with malted millet and buckwheat in lieu of barley, and also has the addition of real strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries.

Brewmaster Notes:

Expect an initial tart strike to the palate that pleasantly gives way to juicy berry flavor. Our gluten free malt bill on this beer gives it a soft, bready, almost sweet backbone that allows the sour berry to truly shine through.
