With 28 years of brewing experience, a state-of-the-art brewery, and an expert and highly educated brew team, we have the knowledge and experience to move your brand forward. We are well-versed in all current and traditional American craft beer styles. Our modern facility can accommodate various packaging formats while providing insight and consultation on your needs and design ideas. Light or full-bodied, sour or hoppy, fruity or dry, gluten-free, seltzers, we have the knowledge and capability to take your brand to the next level.

- Goodnature CBP1200 flash pasteurizer
- Nitro doser for both CO2 and Nitro packaged beers
- Full lab with the following capabilities
- CboxQC At-line
- Midwest Microbio qPCR system with Quantabio cycler
- Media plating and general best practices for brewery quality control
- Yeast propagator
- 4 roller grain mill
- Ozone generator for general sterilization
- 9-head rotary counter pressure canner with nitrodoser
- 20-head rotary counter pressure bottler
- Loading dock and cold storage
