This Maple Bock recipe won a gold medal at the World Beer Championships back in 1995. After a brief hiatus, we felt it was time to bring it back into the line up!
BREWMASTER NOTES
Deep brown color with mahogany glow. Large malty mouthfeel. Addition of real WI syrup adds a depth of flavor and slight smokiness.
