Our take on the classic Slavic fermented beverage Kvass. Historically, Kvass was said to be the chief beverage of monks and peasants, who preferred it to water…and we definitely think you’ll prefer this over water too!

Made in partnership with local Voyageurs Bakehouse, Liquid Provisions was made with actual loaves of their artisan rye sourdough bread—A LOT of them.

There is no better description for this beer than “liquid bread.” Distinctive, earthy, and extremely refreshing, expect subtle sherry notes and a nostalgic yeasty aroma.
