The Baycroft Wagyu Company, a fourth-generation Wisconsin family business, raises purebred Wagyu cattle, offering tender, flavorful steaks and burgers. Sweet Grass Farm specializes in sustainable, grass-fed beef, rich in Omega-3s, while supporting soil conservation and the local economy. Their rotational grazing maintains fertile pastures without synthetic fertilizers, ensuring meats that are both delicious and environmentally responsible.
